About me

I’m a Creative Director with 13 years of experience leading brand strategy, creative direction, and execution across agencies, studios, and client partnerships. I've built brand systems from scratch, managed cross-disciplinary teams, and taken work from the first messy whiteboard session all the way through launch. Plus, I care just as much about how we get there as where we end up.

Right now my role is Creative Director at Novella Brandhouse, where I lead all the creative that comes through our door (branding, web, campaigns, content, creative strategy). Before that, I was Associate Creative Director at BarkleyOKRP, directing campaigns for national consumer brands. Before that, I ran my own branding studio for four years, which taught me more about creative under pressure than anything else could have.

I'm a loud talker, a fast walker, and am confidently a Type C personality. I believe good work starts with people who feel genuinely heard, and I work hard to be the kind of leader who makes that true. I also believe in finding something funny in whatever's currently on fire.

How I work

I lead with curiosity and I expect the same from the people around me. Most problems are solvable by shifting your perspective, and I genuinely love the process of getting there together. I work hard to make sure the people around me feel heard, valued, and have the space to do their best work.

Off the resume

My husband and I live with our baby girl Frankie, who is an adorably chatty agent of chaos, and our very opinionated American Bulldog, Gus Gus.

I love the little things: a hot mug of black coffee, a glazed donut from Lamar's, and a long run in the sunshine.

I'm a certified hypnotist. Yes, really.
